Oil painting Lonely Marsh was auctioned (together with the works of Pablo Picasso and Rauschenberg) by Sotheby’s at a charitable auction to raise funding for the restoration of the Great Wall and Venice. The artists’ names were craved on the Great Wall

Established Beijing Realism with Wang Yidong, Yang Feiyuan;
